Deadpool

Deadpool is a third-person action beat ‘em up game, based on the Deadpool character from Marvel Comics. Much like the character in the comics, Deadpool often breaks the fourth wall by verbally interacting with the player. Players battle enemies with guns and swords, though a range of alternative weapons also become available. The character has the ability to upgrade, allowing for new fighting combos.

Deadpool is on a mission to create the most awesome game ever, with himself as the lead character. To succeed, he must face corrupt media moguls, team up with fellow X-Men characters, and battle enemies from the Marvel Comics, in order to see the completion of his game.

Deadpool received mixed reviews with an average score of 72%, praised for its humor, creative means of breaking the fourth wall, and overall fun, while criticized for repetitive fight scenes.

The trophies are fairly straight forward. At least one playthrough on the game’s hardest difficulty is required, although this is much easier to do if first played on an easier level, as all upgrades will carry over into the Ultra-Violence mode. There is a chapter select, so no missable trophies to worry about. There are no collectibles to find, and no online trophies. Overall, a very average game in terms of difficulty.

Expect between 18-25 hour for the Platinum, depending on how many playthroughs you do.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 have a different list than those on the PS3. Also, the Ultra-Violence mode is available from the start on the PS4, yet the PS3 version will require a playthrough on an easier mode to unlock it.

If you are playing Deadpool on the PS4, then the hardest game mode, Ultra-Violence, will be available from the start. However, the PS3 version will require a playthrough on an easier mode in order to unlock Ultra-Violence.

If you are playing on the PS4, and you are in a rush for that Platinum, then you can go ahead and start your playthrough there. However, take note that after your initial playthrough, all your upgrades will carry over, making the playthrough on Ultra-Violence much easier. So, it’s up to you if you want an easier but longer road to the Platinum, or quicker but more challenging.

Either way, there are no collectibles to find, and no missable trophies. So if you just want to play through and have fun, then by all means. If you wish to unlock some or all of the miscellaneous trophies along the way, then be sure to check out the Deadpool trophy guide links under our Links tab for more details.

After you’ve eventually completed your Ultra-Violence playthrough and unlocked the Know DP? Know Madness trophy, it’s time to use the chapter select and mop-up any outstanding trophies related to the campaign. Again, check out the Deadpool trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still need, and their requirements.

Lastly, there are the Challenges to complete, to which there are three trophies to earn. To unlock all three trophies, including the Gold Rush trophy, you will need to get Gold Medals on 5 challenges, as well as a few other miscellaneous objectives. These challenges involve surviving waves of enemies while obtaining as many points as possible. After having played the game on Ultra-Violence and gotten all the other trophies, these challenges shouldn’t pose much of a problem.

Guardians of the Galaxy Trophy Guide

Guardians of the Galaxy Trophy Guide. Difficulty: *  An episodic point-and-click adventure based on the Marvel comics of the same name. Like many Telltale games, the Platinum is simply for playing through the game.

Game Name Difficulty Trophies Developer Country Bronze Silver Gold Online DLC
Guardians of the Galaxy * 31 Telltale Games U.S. 15 10 5 0 0

Guardians of the Galaxy

Guardians of the Galaxy is a third-person, point-and-click graphic adventure based on the characters licensed by Marvel Comics, though not connected with any particular work or story. Divided into 5 Episodes, each consisting of 6 Chapters, players solve puzzles, play quick-time events, and make decisions that impact future events in the story.

After defeating Thanos, the Guardians seize an artifact called the Eternity Forge. Shortly after their celebration for Thanos' demise, the Guardians learn that the Eternity Forge may bring hope - or spell disaster - to the galaxy.

Guardians of the Galaxy received positive reviews with an average score across each Episode of 72%, praised for its story, voice acting, and humor, though criticized by some for technical bugs.

Similar to other Telltale games as Game of Thrones or Batman, all the trophies in Guardians of the Galaxy are story related. This means, regardless which decisions you make in the game, you will have the Platinum after completing all five Episodes.

Expect roughly 9-10 hours of gameplay to get through all the Episodes and unlock the Platinum.

Like many recent Telltale games, Guardians of the Galaxy doesn't require much of a roadmap. Simply start up the game and play from start to finish.

The game is divided into 5 Episodes, each consisting of 6 Chapters. You will automatically unlock a trophy for having completed each Chapter, regardless of what decisions you make in the game. The Platinum will unlock after completing the last Chapter in the final Episode.

Enjoy!

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Trophy Guide PS4

Marvel Ultimate Alliance 2 Trophy Guide. Difficulty: **  An action title with RPG elements, featuring characters from the Marvel Comics universe. Fairly average Platinum in both difficulty and time consumption, requiring at least two playthroughs.

Game Name Difficulty Trophies Developer Country Bronze Silver Gold Online DLC
Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 ** 51 Vicarious Visions U.S. 38 10 2 0 8

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 is an action title with RPG elements, featuring characters from the Marvel Comics universe, and a sequel to the 2006 Marvel: Ultimate Alliance. Similar to the prequel, players select four characters in their team, which are interchangeable during the game, and allows up to 4-player co-op.

Following the Civil War story arc, an explosion caused by a battle between heroes and villains, results in the death of over 600 civilians. The public is outraged, and demands the government instill a Superhuman Registration Act, forcing meta-humans to reveal their secret identities. This divides both heroes and villains between Pro-Registration and Anti-Registration, beginning the Civil War.

Marvel: Ultimate Alliance 2 received lukewarm reviews, with an average score of 74%, praised for its graphics and fun for fans of the previous title, but criticized for its repetitiveness and overall lack of upgrade from the prequel.

Not easy, but not particularly difficult, either. This game is a model 2-star rating. Two playthroughs are necessary, one on Hard and another on its Hardest mode, with collectibles to find along the way. A mission select makes mopping-up convenient upon completion. Note, however, you will need either two controllers to unlock the co-op trophies, or try to get them online.

Expect roughly 20-25 hours for the Platinum.

NOTE TO COMPLETIONISTS: The DLC has been removed from the PlayStation Store in certain regions, such as the US and Canada. It's been reported to still be available in Europe and Australia. The DLC contains 8 additional trophies, and cannot be unlocked unless your region copy of the game matches the region of the DLC. If you have a US or Canadian copy, you will forever be stuck with 85% completion after obtaining the Platinum.

In a nutshell, you'll need to do at least two full playthroughs: one on Super Heroic, which unlocks Legendary, then another on Legendary. Your second playthrough will be a New Game+, allowing you to keep your characters and stats. All your progress is stackable, and a mission select is later available through the Simulator.

During your two playthroughs, you'll want to focus on not dying for the Undefeated Heroes and Immortal Heroics trophies, complete all the optional mission objectives, find all collectibles, and complete 24 maps in co-op. The more of this you can complete during your two playthroughs, the less you'll need to mop-up afterwards in the mission select.

Marvel vs Capcom 3 Fate of Two Worlds Trophy Guide

Marvel vs Capcom 3 Fate of Two Worlds Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ***  An arcade-style fighting game and a cross-over with Capcom’s Street Fighter and Marvel superhero characters. The Platinum requires both skills and grinding, while the online trophies are challenging without boosting.

Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds

Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is an arcade-style fighting game, and a crossover with Capcom's Street Fighter and Marvel superhero characters. The game is the fifth installment in the Marvel vs Capcom series, and the first to use three-dimensional characters rather than sprites. Players select teams of three characters to battle in tag team gameplay, with the ability to call on off-screen characters to perform single moves in an "assist." The controls have been simplified from its predecessor, using a three-button control scheme rather than four.

Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds received positive reviews with an average score of 85%, praised for its selection of characters, gameplay, and the game's new simplified combat mechanics.

Compared to other fighting games, Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds is certainly easier and less time consuming than Street Fighter IV, but more challenging than the Tekken titles. On top of the skills required for unlocking the offline trophies, and the long grind, there are 12 online trophies which, done legitimately, brings this difficulty score to a high 3-star. With a boosting partner, this could be a low 3-star difficulty, as the offline still adds quite a challenge and some time.

Expect roughly 30 hours of game time for the Platinum for experienced players with boosting partners, and far more for those without.

Marvel vs Capcom 3: Fate of Two Worlds doesn't require much of a roadmap, as you can work on the trophies in any order. The only thing to keep in mind is that you'll need to rack up PP in order to unlock all the characters, which are necessary to earn some of the trophies.

Also, it should be noted that most of the trophies, unless stated otherwise, can be earned on Very Easy mode.

If you're looking for a place to start playing and get used to the game, you can head into Challenge mode. Here, you can get used to the characters and their moves.

But if you prefer to just jump into the action, you can start working through Arcade mode. You'll need to complete Arcade mode with every character for the Waiting For The Trade trophy. Along the way, you will be earning PP and unlocking a number of other trophies naturally.

Whenever you feel your skills are adequate enough, you can head into online, where another 12 trophies await to being unlocked. Some of these are very challenging, depending on your skills. If you're looking for a boosting partner to make these easier, check out the forums under our Links tab.
