Warriors: Legends of Troy
Warriors: Legends of Troy is a third-person hack-and-slash game, created in the spirit of the Dynasty Warriors series, with similar gameplay. Players face a vast number of enemies at once, while fighting with sword and shield, as well as throwing weapons.
The game includes two stories, from both the Greeks and Trojans point of view, while retelling the events of the Trojan War. Playable characters for the Greeks includes Achilles, Ajax, Odysseus, and Patroklos, while the Trojans include Jektor, Paris, Aeneas, and Penthesilea.
Warriors: Legends of Troy received lukewarm reviews, with an average score of 62%, praised for its story and voice acting, but criticized for having an awkward lock-on system.
This is a high 2-star rating. While playing on Expert mode is no walk in the park, the Platinum for this game is certainly doable, with a few frustrating boss battles and some grinding. A minimum of four full playthroughs are required, one on each of the difficulty modes, as well as some mopping-up afterwards. Also, it should be noted that while the game includes online play, there are no online trophies required for the Platinum.
Expect over 60 hours of gameplay for this one.
You will need to perform four playthroughs, one for each difficulty setting, in order to collect all of Helen's concept art for the Face That Launched 1000 Ships trophy. So if you like, and what we recommend, is simply playing each of the difficulty settings in order, starting with Easy.
Before your Easy playthrough, check out the Warriors Legends of Trophy trophy guide links under our Links tab to get a feel for what to work towards. While unlocking the story-related trophies, you could also go for a number of the kill-related ones, too. Particularly the I Like Choreography trophy, which requires 3 different Finishers with each of the eight heroes, which you can only use during specific moments in the game. The more trophies you knock out during your Easy playthrough, the less you need to focus on in your next game.
Once that's finished, you can start your Normal difficulty playthrough. Focus on collecting as much Kleos as possible for purchasing items, and unlocking the trophies you missed during your previous game.
After that, there's the Hard playthrough. Again, keep gaining the Kleos and mop up any other trophies you're still missing.
Finally, comes the Expert difficulty playthrough. Hopefully by now, you should have all the miscellaneous trophies unlocked, which means you can just focus on completing all the objectives and bonus events that occur, in order to unlock 100% of the additional items.
You're almost done! Now that you've finished your four playthroughs, it's time to simply mop-up anything you're missing. This will probably include the Challenges, which should hopefully be much easier after having collected all the items from completing the game on Expert difficulty.
