SSX

SSX, short for Snowboard Supercross, is a snowboarding game and part of the SSX series which began in 2000 on the PlayStation 2. Players race down snowy mountains while performing tricks to earn boosts. In World Tour mode, players must complete nince descents around the world, including the Himalayas, Mt. Fuji, and Antarctica. Explore Mode allows players to freely take on various mountains and challenges. And Global Events is available for online challenges.

World Tour biker Zoe Payne, along with his friends, have formed Team SSX to conquer the nine most dangerous descents around the world, before his rival Griff Simmons has a chance.

SSX received positive reviews, with an average score of 83%, praised for its overall fun and advancement on its previous titles.

This game is more time-consuming than difficult, with plenty of grinding required. However, there are the odd trophies that can be fairly challenging, such as for getting all gold medals on a range. Also, it should be noted that you'll require a "friend" who owns the game, so you can upload your ghosts to each other.

Overall, expect over 50 hours of gameplay for this Platinum.

You'll probably want to start with the World Tour, as this is the bulk of the game, and will also teach you the controls, as well as earn credits, Geotags, and unlock characters. During your playthrough, you can unlock the Pass The Board Wax by first purchasing the cheapest board once you have enough money, then buy one of each gear and mod to unlock the Gear Up! and I Need A Boost trophies. Also, there are a number of trophies related to playing each Deadly Descent without certain gear. Check out the SSX trophy guide links under our Links tab for more details. You may also want to see some of the badge requirements, as some of these are related to the World Tour.

If you completed the World Tour and are still missing some trophies or badge requirements, don't worry. Now is your chance to replay any individual runs you need to mop up.

Once that's done, you can clean up the remaining offline trophies and badge requirements in the Explore Mode. You'll also need friend's ghosts to beat in each range, to unlock the I Ain't Afraid Of Snow Ghost trophy. So either start making some friends, or visit the co-op forums under our Links tab.

Finally, head into the Global Events to mop-up the last remaining online trophies.

Fight Night Champion

Fight Night Champion is a third-person boxing game, and the fifth in the Fight Night series which began on the PS2 and Xbox. Compared to its predecessors, Fight Night Champion adds a darker and grittier tone which illustrates the real brutality of boxing. The game contains 51 boxers to select from through 8 weight divisions, playable in 21 venues.

The game includes three main modes: Fight Now allows to immediately jump into a boxing match, Legacy Mode enables players to take a boxer through a career, and Champion Mode includes a story of Andre Bishop who is forced through various obstacles in his career. The game also includes an online mode.

Fight Night Champion received positive reviews, with an average score of 84%, praised for its realistic graphics and presentation that shows the true violence of boxing.

While the online servers are still up, there is an aspect to the multiplayer in which you challenge another player who belongs to a rival gym. The gym selected as your rival is automatic, and would reset every two weeks. However, that reset has suddenly, and strangely, changed to 16 years.

It is unclear whether this is intentional or a glitch, but has continued since early 2013, and EA shows no interest in correcting the issue. As a result, the trophies Represent The Crew I, Represent The Crew II, and Represent The Crew III cannot be unlocked, marking the Platinum for this game Not Obtainable.

Due to an issue with the Rival Gym challenges, this Platinum is now Not Obtainable. However, there are still 33 trophies available to unlock, both offline and online. So if you're interested, read on.

We recommend beginning by going through Champion Mode, which is the story aspect of the game. This will not only net you several trophies along the way, but unlock all the boxers in the Play Now mode.

Next, you can begin on Legacy Mode, in which you'll select a boxer and start working through his career. In total, this will take a little over fifty fights to reach the end, as you unlock trophies during the career.

At this point, you can either mop-up any offline trophies you're still missing, or head into an Online Gym. As we stated, the three Represent The Crew trophies for competing against rival gyms can no longer be unlocked. Yet you can still collect the three A Fight Amongst Friends trophies, as well as the other online trophies.

FIFA 11

FIFA 11, also known as FIFA Soccer 11 in Noth America, is the 2010 installment and the 18th title in EA's FIFA football/soccer series of video games.

The game includes 31 leagues from 24 countries, as well as 39 national teams. New features include Pro Passing in which both the players accuracy with the control pad as well as the player-character's skills determines the accuracy of each pass, a Creation Center in which players can customize their characters in more detail, and a Career Mode which merges the previous Be A Pro and Manager modes. The game also features online multiplayer, of which the servers were shut down on January 11, 2013.

FIFA 11 received positive reviews, with an average score of 89%, and is considered one of the best titles in the series for its improvement in graphics and gameplay, as well as its step closer to realism.

FIFA 11 was released in the Fall of 2010. On January 11th 2013, EA shut down their online servers. The game includes 11 online trophies, which are now no longer available to unlock. As a result, the Platinum for FIFA 11 is now Not Obtainable.

With the servers shut down, the Platinum is Not Obtainable. However, if you still wish to collect those remaining 33 offline trophies, then read on.

From the beginning, there are a few easy trophies you can unlock if you wish to get them out of the way. First, head into the Arena and score five goals for the Back Of The Net trophy. Then play as the goalkeeper, and set the game so your only opponent is also a goalkeeper, to unlock Training Time. Then score a goal, and unlock Once In A Lifetime. Then, in the Edit menu, change a team's stadium and their entrance music to unlock both Home Maker and New Choons respectively. Then, unlock All My Own Work by changing the control settings to manual and beat a one-star team with a five-star team. Finally, head into the in-game store and you'll unlock Anything In Particular.

If you want, you can also knock out Warming The Gloves by making 10 saves as the keeper in the Arena. Then, switch off the goalie assists and play a Kick-Off match to unlock Safe Hands and Perfect Keeping.

Now, we can play some actual football/soccer. We recommend starting a Career Mode with a created player and set him as your goalie. As he builds up his experience, you will eventually get Established Keeper by the end of Season 1, as well as Good Week and Folklore by the end of Season 3. He'll then be offered a Player/Manager Contract, and once accepted, you'll unlock It's In The Blood. Make sure you play the first match after that, and you'll get the Mastermind trophy. From this point on, simulate the games until you get the Great Month trophy.

Once you've finished with the Career Mode, you can create a VP and work on the Virtual Pro and Virtual Club trophies. From this point on, it's a matter of playing 50 matches and working towards the remaining offline trophies.

Unfortunately, this is where things come to an end, since the remaining 11 online trophies cannot be unlocked due to the server closure.
