Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi

Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi is a 3D fighting game, based on the Dragon Ball anime and manga franchise. In Story mode, players take control of various characters from the series and battle one enemy after another in order to save the Earth from an evil threat. A Hero mode allows players to battle with selected visuals unlocked. The game also includes an online mode.

Dragon Ball Z: Ultimate Tenkaichi received generally mixed reviews, with an average score of 59%, praised for its graphics but criticized for its repetitive nature and weak storytelling.

Arguably the easier of the Dragon Ball titles, this game is more time-consuming than difficult. The offline trophies, particularly for completing the Story mode, are certainly obtainable but grinding. There are 5 online trophies to worry about, yet regardless if you have a boosting partner or not, the servers are rather unstable which can add frustration and even more time to an already grinding experience.

Overall, expect well over 30 hours on this one.

A roadmap isn't really essential for this game. But if you're one of those players who absolutely needs direction, then you'll want to start making your way through both Story mode and Hero mode. You can do one, then the other, or alternate between the two if you start getting bored with the repetitiveness. The choice is yours.

Once that's completed, it's simply a matter of mopping-up the remaining offline trophies you're missing. This is where some grinding is required. Check out the Dragon Ball Z Ultimate Tenkaichi trophy guide links under our Links tab for specific details to what you need.

Last, are the 5 remaining online trophies. Essentially, you will need to play 30 online battles, and collect all the titles to acquire all five online trophies. Having a boosting partner will speed things up in the title hunting, but it's quire possible to do this on your own. The problem isn't the difficulty in acquiring these trophies, but struggling with the unstable servers. We've found, on average, to be disconnected once every three battles or so.

Good luck!
