Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure
Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure is a dodgeball sports game in a cartoony environment. In a top-down view of a circular court, players aim and throw balls at opponents while dodging incoming attacks. Locations range from beaches to oil rigs. The game also includes up to six players couch co-op play.
Jerome and Bjorn are dodgeball fanatics and preparing for the championship game, when the devil kidnaps their rivals. They set off in search of the devil and their rivals, battling various dodgeball teams along the way.
Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure received generally positive reviews with an average score of 74%, praised for its cartoon-like environment, humor, multiplayer function, and overall fun gameplay, though criticized for its short campaign and lack in single-player content.
This is a high 1-star difficulty, as some challenges can be a little tricky and will require patience and perseverance. However, the game itself is rather short. You’ll need to complete two playthroughs, one on Casual to unlock All Star, and another on All Star. Overall, a quick Platinum and not particularly difficult for any average gamer.
Expect around 10 hours for the Platinum, depending on skills.
You’ll need to do two playthroughs, so start by loading up Casual difficulty. The campaign is rather short and should only take a few hours to complete. During this first playthrough, you’ll want to complete all the challenges along the way as well, to unlock each level’s corresponding trophy. Be aware that there is one last level to play after the credits.
Once you’ve cleared the campaign, you’ll have unlocked All Star, which is the most difficult mode. This time, you only need to play through to the end, without having to worry about completing challenges. The difficulty related trophies stack, so completing All Star will unlock both the Hall Of Famers trophy, as well as the Superstars trophy.
After that, it’s simply a matter of mopping up whatever you’re still missing for the Platinum. Be sure to check out the Stikbold! A Dodgeball Adventure trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still need and their requirements.
