1000 Top Rated

1000 Top Rated is a sliding puzzle game. A photo is broken into scrambled squares, and players must slide the squares either horizontally or vertically, in order to recreate the picture. The game includes 1000 different photos to chose from, and three difficulty modes.

The game was pulled from the PSN Store only 24 hours after its release, due to a required name change as well as its advertisement as being “the world’s fastest platinum trophy game.” The developer complied with Sony’s request, and re-uploaded the game with the title Slyde.

Since 1000 Top Rated was only available for 24 hours, there are no reviews available.

Since the game consists of sliding puzzles, as long as you know the solution, the trophies and Platinum can be unlocked in under twenty minutes. Unfortunately, the game was pulled from the PSN Store just one day after its release. It was later repackaged with the title Slyde with an even easier trophy list. Anyone who has purchased 1000 Top Rated may still download the game into their library.

If following the solutions, the Platinum can be unlocked in around 15 minutes.

Regardless which picture you choose, all the puzzles have the same layout per difficulty level.

To solve the puzzles on Easy mode, hit the D-pad in the following order: Up, Up, Left, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Right, Up, Right, Down, Down, Left, Up, Right, Up, Left, Left, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Up, Right, Right.

To solve the puzzles on Medium mode, hit the D-pad in the following order: Right, Right, Up, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Left, Down, Right, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Up, Up, Right, Right, Right.

To solve the puzzles on Hard mode, hit the D-pad in the following order: Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Down, Right, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Down, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left, Up, Left, Down, Right, Down, Left, Up, Up, Up, Up, Right, Right, Right, Right.

For the quickest way to unlock the Platinum, first select a picture and any difficulty mode, and be sure to spend over two minutes solving it for the Taking Time trophy. Make sure to write down the time.

Then, select the same picture and difficulty mode, and resolve the it in only a second quicker than your previous score for the Close One trophy.

Select that same picture and difficulty mode, and resolve it a third time in a quicker time, then resolve it a fourth time in an even quicker time, to unlock the Record Hunter trophy.

Next, resolve that same picture twice, once for each of the other two difficulty modes you haven’t yet tried, to unlock the It’s A Start, Getting There, and Hard One trophies.

Finally, solve a total of ten different puzzles for both the Puzzle Legend and I Am The Puzzle Starter Kappa trophies.

If you follow this roadmap, all other trophies should naturally unlock and earn you the Platinum in under twenty minutes.

Slyde

Slyde is a sliding puzzle game, made by Top Rated, the same developer behind the controversial ***** 1000 Top Rated. After ***** 1000 Top Rated was removed from the PSN Store, the game was re-branded as Slyde.

A photo is broken into scrambled squares. Players must slide the squares either horizontally or vertically, in order to recreate the picture.

Slyde was met with negative reviews for its over-simplicity, and accused of being a cash grab aimed at trophy hunters.

Slyde is arguably one of the easiest and quickest Platinums on the PS4, especially if following a guide. Simply solve one puzzle, and you can automatically unlock all trophies, including the Platinum, in one go. Yes, it’s that easy.

Expect 2-3 minutes to obtain the Platinum using a guide.

In order to get the Platinum in one go, you will need to clear one picture with at least 800 points. This cannot be done on Easy, so begin by selecting either Medium or Hard.

Wait until the photos are scrambled, and make sure the empty space is either located in the Top Right corner, or the Bottom Left corner. If not, then exit to the menu screen and re-select the picture.

If the free space is in the Top Right corner, then slide the pictures in the following order:

Right, right, up, right, up, left, up, left, left, down, right, down, down, right, right, up, left, up, left, up, left, down, down, down, right, right, up, left, up, left, down, right, down, left, up, up, up, right, right, right.

If the free space is in the Bottom Left corner, than use this order:

Down, down, down, left, up, left, up, up, right, down, down, down, left, up, up, up, right, right, down, down, left, left, left, up, right, right, right, down, down, left, left, left, up, up, up, right, right, right.

And that’s it! Just sit and wait for each trophy to bling on your screen, followed by the Platinum. Ironically, this part takes longer than the actual procedure of unlocking the trophies.

This is all you will need for getting the Platinum. Just in case however, we have included Slyde trophy guide links under our Links tab.
