LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham is a third-person action platformer and part of of the LEGO game series, based on Batman and other characters from the DC Universe. Similar to the previous LEGO Batman titles, players can select from an assortment of characters, battle enemies, solve puzzles, and collect Lego studs which are used as a currency. Individual characters possess unique abilities, such as flying, speed, or shrinking and enlarging objects.

Brainiac is up to no good, and has set a course for Earth with a devious plot. Once Batman learns what he's up to, it's up to him and the rest of the Justice League to stop him before Brainiac is able to fit the Earth in his pocket.

LEGO Batman 3: Beyond Gotham received generally positive reviews with an average score of 74%, praised for its variety of characters, challenges, musical score, and humor, though criticized by some for its repetitive gameplay and voice acting.

This is a low 2-star difficulty rating. While a few races can be a little tricky, both the game and Platinum is about as challenging as any other LEGO game in the series, as the action is easy and there are no missable trophies to worry about. The only other reason for the upgrade to 2-star is for the extra time required.

Expect roughly 30-35 hours of gameplay for the Platinum.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 have a separate list from those on the PS3.

If you've played other games in the LEGO series, then you should know the drill by now. Start by simply playing through the Story mode, which are made up of 15 levels, and the Bonus level. It's up to you if you want to start grabbing collectibles now, or simply enjoy the game and worry about them later. There are no missable trophies to worry about, as you'll be able to enter Free Play after completing the story.

Next, it's time to find all the Collectibles in Free Play mode. Before doing so, you'll need to at least have Atom for Level 3, Shazam for Level 5, and Poison Ivy for Level 8. You'll need to find all the Minikits, Red Bricks, Character Tokens, and Adam West in Perils. Be sure to check out the Collectible Guides under our Links tab for help with this.

Finally, it's time to mop-up any miscellaneous trophies you're still missing, such as destroying the hidden doughnut for the Doughnut Discoverer trophy, jumping on a bouncy object 50 tiimes for the Everyone Loves Bouncing trophy, or playing with two specific characters for their respective trophies. Check out the LEGO Batman 3 Beyond Gotham trophy guide links under our Links tab for details on what trophies you still need.

Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn Trophy Guide

Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn Trophy Guide. Difficulty: ****  A massively multiplayer online role-playing game and part of the Final Fantasy franchise. The Platinum is incredibly time-consuming, with one trophy in particular being quite challenging.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn **** 39 Square Enix Japan 20 15 3 38 0

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn is a massively multiplayer online role-playing game as part of the Final Fantasy franchise, and the second MMO in the series after Final Fantasy XI. The game is a replacement of the 2010 Final Fantasy XIV which took place five years earlier, and was shut down due to poor reception. Players design their characters among several races and starting classes, and improve their stats by leveling up through gained experience points by fulfilling quests and battling enemies. The game also includes a player versus player arena in which a team of four players battle other online players in different modes.

The story takes place in Eorzea, a region on the planet Hydaelyn, made up of three large continents each with different environments and climates. After experiencing a set of visions, the adventurer meets the leader of a secret society who explains the visions mark the adventurer as a chosen representative of Hydaelyn.

Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn received positive reviews with an average score of 83%, praised for its overall improvement from the 2010 Final Fantasy XIV, specifically to the combat system, game engine, environment, and was both praised and criticized for its writing.

The Platinum for this MMO is not only challenging due specifically to one trophy, but incredibly time consuming. The Seeker Of Truth trophy for completing the Binding Coil not only requires excellent skills and strategy, but the skills of your party members as well, in addition to complete cooperation. Also, An Adventurer's Life trophy for completing 1,000 levequests requires a minimum of six months, since it's only possible to do six per day.

Expect roughly 500-600 hours of game time for the Platinum if you rush through things, spaced over six months.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 share the same list with those on the PS3.

Before we begin, it should be noted that the Warrior Of Light trophy could technically be missable for players who began playing the game on the PC. This is because the final quest, The Ultimate Weapon, needs to be completed either on the PS3 or PS4 version for the trophy to unlock. However, if you haven't played the game on the PC, didn't port your character, or at least haven't yet completed the final quest on the PC, then you have nothing to worry about.

Design any character you want, though keep in mind that since damage dealers are the most common, as in most MMORPGs, you will have an easier time finding groups if you select a tank or healer class. But you're in this for the long haul if you're going for the Platinum, so it's most important to feel comfortable with your class.

Start things by going through and eventually completing the main game. Your should earn some story-related trophies, as well as a few others naturally along the way.

As you go through the main story, you'll also be leveling-up your character of course, while also working towards the 1,000-related trophies, such as completing 1,000 levequests which you'll need allowances for that are distributed as three every twelve hours, and the crafting-related trophies for eventually synthesizing 1,000 items for each type.

Also, while playing through the main story, you should be making an effort to meet people and find online friends. If you're having trouble, check out the boosting forums under our Links tab. You'll especially need the online assistance when you are going for The Seeker Of Truth trophy.

Once that's finished, it's time to start grinding. Continue working on the crafting-related trophies until you've eventually gotten them all, keep upgrading, make Gil, and remember to keep doing those levequests as often as you can.

Once you've reached Level 50, you can start farming for Tomes of Mythology by dong high level dungeons. Your ultimate goal here is to obtain a full set of Myth armor and a Relic weapon. Through this, you should eventually unlock the To Crush 10,000 Enemies trophy for doing just that, and the Repeat Offender trophy for clearing 100 instanced raids with at least four people in your party. Again, keep doing those levequests until you've unlocked An Adventurer's Life trophy.

After that, it's time to mop up what's left. This may include the Slay They Neighbor trophy for participating in a PvP event, and of course the dreaded Seeker Of Truth trophy. Again, check out boosting forums under our Links tab if you're looking for players. And be sure to check out the Final Fantasy XIV A Realm Reborn trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still may need and their requirements.

Persona 5

Persona 5 is a role-playing game and the sixth installment in the Persona series. Players control a high school student named Joker who, in modern-day Tokyo, interacts with other characters similar to social simulation games, partake in leisure activities, part-time jobs, and craft items for battle. The gameplay also included dungeon crawling where players explore, battle enemies, and solve puzzles. The game uses a turn-based combat system, similar to previous games in the series.

After being falsely charged with assault and expelled from school, Joker is sent to the Shujin Academy, where his Persona powers are awakened. Teaming up with other gifted students, they explore the Metaverse, a supernatural world possessed with manifestations of humanity's subconscious desires.

Persona 5 received positive reviews with an average score of 94%, praised for its style and presentation, engaging characters, interesting story, and hailed by several critics as one of the best role-playing games of all time.

Since the game can be played on Easy mode, the Platinum for Persona 5 is not difficult. However, the amount of time required is what brings this rating to a 3-star. There are quite a few missable trophies which the majority of can be obtained if you follow a guide as you play. After a full playthrough, you'll still need to start a New Game+ to mop up a few remaining trophies. Overall, the Platinum is quite easy but very time consuming.

Expect roughly 100 hours, depending on whether or not you text-skip and if you are able to get all the missable trophies in one and a half playthroughs.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 share the same list with those on the PS3.

If you're in a rush for that Platinum, there are two things you can do. One, is to set the game on Safe difficulty, which is the easiest mode. Also, if you don't mind having the story spoiled, follow one of the walkthroughs under our Links tab to unlock most of the missable trophies through one playthrough.

You'll especially want to unlock the A New Journey trophy during this playthrough, which is for viewing the true ending in the game. We won't risk putting any spoilers here, but check out the Persona 5 trophy guide links under our Links tab for details on how to get the true ending.

Also, be sure to make plenty of different saves during your playthrough, so you can always reload and go back if you missed anything important.

By the end of your first playthrough, you should try to get all the trophies, except for the Beyond Rehabilitation, the Mask Collector, and the One Who Rebels Against God trophies. These you'll need to get in your New Game+.

Caroline and Justine are secret, optional bosses who can only be battled with in the New Game+. Defeating them will earn you the Beyond Rehabilitation trophy. Also, only the Satanael Persona can only be accessed in the New Game+, which you'll need to complete the collection of 191 Personas for the Mask Collector, as well as unlock the One Who Rebels Against God trophy.

Enjoy!

Dragon Age: Inquisition

Dragon Age: Inquisition is a third-person action RPG and the third installment in the Dragon Age series. Players select a race and customize the appearance of their main player-character, while also having control over other party members who join later in the story. Combat can take two forms depending on the player's choice, either through a more strategic system similar to Dragon Age: Origins, or an action-style reminiscent of Dragon Age II. Romance aspects to the game are now dependent on scenarios occurring in the story as dictated by the player's choices, rather than the previous gift and dialogue system.

Following the events of Dragon Age II, the mages and templars are now in the midst of a civil war. Meanwhile, a Breach has occurred between the the physical world and the Fade, spelling disaster for the land. Only the player-character has the ability to close this Breach, and restore peace to the world.

Dragon Age: Inquisition received positive reviews with an average score of 89%, praised for its environments, engaging characters, combat system, and overall improvement from the previous games, while the story was both praised and criticized by some.

If you have experience playing the previous games in the Dragon Age series, than you'll have a good idea of what's involved for the Platinum. The game requires a playthrough on Nightmare difficulty which is available from the beginning, and is only particularly tough in the beginning. There are also six missable trophies to watch out for. Otherwise, if you start the game on Nightmare and unlock those six missables, the Platinum can be obtained in one, long, playthrough.

Expect roughly around 100 hours, depending on strategies and how much exploration is done.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 have a separate list from those on the PS3. Also, the PS3 list only contains the Jaws of Hakkon DLC, while the PS4 list also has trophies for The Descent and Trespasser DLC.

You'll need to do a playthrough on Nightmare difficulty in order to unlock the Inquisitor trophy. Nightmare is available from the start, so if you wish to avoid doing a second playthrough, we recommend starting there. Nightmare will feel quite challenging in the beginning, but things will get easier. If you don't feel confident just yet, then select an easier mode, then a second playthrough on Nightmare.

NOTE: During your Nightmare playthrough, be careful NOT to press Triangle in the options menu, which will reset the difficulty to Normal and lock you out of the Inquisitor trophy.

During your playthrough, you'll also want to focus specifically on getting the other five missable trophies. These include both the On Burning Wings and The Brightest Of Their Age trophies for recruiting all the available companions, committing to a romantic relationship for the Beloved And Precious trophy, and the Belle Of The Ball for getting the full approval of the Orlesian court. Check out the Dragon Age Inquisition trophy guide links under our Links tab for more details on these.

Otherwise, simply play through the game while collecting Herbs and Materials, while also close all the rifts you come across.

Be sure to make multiple manual saves as you play, in case you accidentally lock yourself out of a missable trophy. Also, check out the Dragon Age Inquisition trophy guide links under our Links tab for detailes on other trophies you still may be missing and their requirements. Odin Sphere Leifthrasir Trophy Guide

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir ** 48 Vanillaware Japan 40 3 4 0 0

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir

Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir is an action J-RPG originally released as Odin Sphere in 2007 on the PlayStation 2, and revamped with trophy support as Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir in 2016 for the PS3, PS4, and PS Vita. The game is a 2D side-scroller with a beat em up fighting style. Players control five different characters where they must defeat all enemies before moving onto the next area. Character's abilities and damage is dependent on their Psyphers, which in turn can be upgraded.

Set in the fictional continent of Erion which is separated into several different nations. Valentine was the most powerful of these nations, due to the magical properties of the Crystallization Cauldron. After it was destroyed, a war has broken out over the master-less Cauldron.

The original Odin Sphere received positive reviews with an average score of 84%, praised for its graphics, controls, engaging story, and overall gameplay and fun.

Since the game can be played on Easy mode, Odin Sphere: Leifthrasir isn't particularly difficult. The only reason for the 2-star rating is for the time required, as there are several collectibles to find and some grinding to do. There are no missable trophies to worry about, so players can complete the story and do mopping-up afterwards. Overall, an easy Platinum that just takes time.

Expect around 30-35 hours for the Platinum.

NOTE: The trophies on the PS4 share the same list with those on the PS3 and PS Vita.

It should be noted that you have the option of playing on either Refined or Classic mode. Classic mode will NOT unlock trophies, so select Refined if you're after that Platinum. Also, since there are no difficult-related trophies, feel free to play on Easiest mode setting.

There are no missable trophies, so feel free to simply play through the game from start to finish, where you'll be unlocking a number of story-related trophies naturally. Along the way, you can be on the lookout for Recipes for the All Dishes Conquered trophy, and secret Phozon prisms for the All Ice-Sphere Skills Acquired trophy. Once you've reached the end of the story, attempt to get the Normal Ending in order to unlock the One Who Inherits Life trophy.

After all that, it's time to get the other endings. First, play the book of Armageddon for a second time but choose differently to see the other scenes, to get the Blessing trophy. Also, after reaching the Fin screen post-credits, wait for moment and you will receive a secret scene, as well as the Curtain Call trophy.

With those done, it's now a matter of mopping-up the miscellaneous trophies. This will probably include completing the boss run for the Road Of Erion trophy, getting a character up to Level 65 for the All Abilities Acquired trophy, and a few others. Be sure to check out the Odin Sphere Leifthrasir trophy guide links under our Links tab to see what you still need and their requirements.
