Ferrari Challenge
Ferrari Challenge: Trofeo Pirelli is a simulated racing game, based on the single-marque motorsport championship of Ferrari Challenge. Using the F430 Challenge, the player continues to unlock both road cars and GT production vehicles. Players choose from several modes, including Challenge and Trofeo Challenge, Time Trials, and Arcade. The game was first released in 2008, but received a trophy patch in 2009.
Ferrari Challenge received generally positive reviews, with an average score of 70%, praised for its realistic driving simulation and experience behind the wheel of a Ferrari, but criticized for its linear gameplay.
The difficulty of this platinum entirely depends on your skills at simulated racing games. What we found to be the most challenging was the overall handling of the cars. Yet the game itself is not particularly long, and there are no online trophies to worry about. Just keep winning those races.
Overall, the Platinum could take between 20 to 35 hours, depending on your skills.
As a standard racing game, there's not much of a road-map required, though getting used to the controls is the key to success in Ferrari Challenge, so we recommend starting with the Tutorial to get a feel for the handling.
After which, you may wish to start working through the Challenge mode, which will allow you to unlock cars as you progress. Here, there are three challenge series: Italy, Europe, and North America. To unlock all the trophies, you will need to win each of the 14 races in each challenge series, and earn one pole position in the Qualification Sessions for Italy, two for Europe, and three for North America.
Next, you're free to do as you please. There are 21 trophies to be earned in the Trofeo Challenges, in which you'll need to win first place in each tournament to acquire the most points in order to get the trophies.
And lastly, there are 4 trophies to earn in the Time Trial mode, in which you'll need to use the same car throughout, and 3 trophies in the Arcade mode, where you'll need to achieve first place for each difficulty, and three races in rain conditions.
After that, it's just a matter of mopping up anything you've missed, and you're finished. Check out the Ferrari Challenge trophy guide links under our Links tab for specific details to anything you still need.
