Damnation
Damnation is a third-person acrobatic action shooter, within a steampunk genre. The game takes place in an alternate universe in which steam has become the common source of power.
Captain Hamilton Rourke leads a small rebellion against Prescott, an arms dealer on the rise to becoming a dictator, in an attempt to turn the war-torn United States - currently divided into the Union and Confederate armies - into an American Empire.
Damnation received negative reviews, with an average score of only 38%, criticized for its terrible graphics, overall poor presentation, and glitches in the NPC's AI.
If you use a cheat code to unlock Insane difficulty, then play through using two controllers, and find all the collectibles, then it's possible to obtain the Platinum in one playthrough, with some extra mopping-up. The game itself is not particularly difficult, and most of the trophies are either story-related, or for gaining certain kills.
Overall, the Platinum takes about 20-35 hours, depending on hour many playthroughs you decide to do.
NOTE: A second controller is necessary for a co-op trophy, whether you chose to have a friend by your side or not.
If you wish to get that platinum as quickly as possible, here's what you do. First, enter "Revenant" in the cheats to unlock Insane mode. While you're at it, you can also enter "BlowOffSomeSteam" for the super pistol, and "LockNLoad" for the custom loadout option. Then, plug in a second controller to play through Insane mode with co-op. Along the way, follow one of the walkthroughs in our Links page to locate all the Emblems. Do this, and by the time you complete the story, you should have nearly all the trophies. Simply use the Chapter Select, and the Damnation trophy guide links under our Links tab, to mop-up anything you missed.
If all this sounds complicated, or you don't wish to use the cheats, then you will need to play on Hard mode to unlock Insane.
